Organic Ingredients
We try to make our ‘flavours’ interesting with some unusual combinations.
We can personalise our products for special occasions (weddings etc)
In 2012 we were given a grant from SEEDA to develop a new specialised production building. This was opened in April 2012.
Irrigation is, as far as possible, by rainwater storage from the roofs of a range of local buildings.
Electricity and hot water are produced from the building roof using green technologies with surplus energy being supplied to the national grid.
